Wilmot Works It Out
Wilmot Works It Out is a digital puzzle about completing beautiful images and then using them to decorate your home. Play involves organising the puzzle pieces and then putting them together to create a stylised image. It stands out for the bright puzzles made of perfect square pieces, that make the fun as much about the process as the challenge.

PLAY STYLE
You play as Wilmot unwinding from their job sorting packages at the warehouse by sorting puzzle pieces. Each day you get a new puzzle delivered, maybe a snake wearing a hat, or an octopus or a hamburger. You need to arrange the muddle of pieces and recreate the right image. Once you've done it you can hang it on your wall.
Unlike normal puzzles, the pieces are square with straight sides. You also need to move them around with your square character who can grab, rotate, push and pull pieces. In some ways, it's more awkward than a standard puzzle where you can just drag and drop pieces into place. But go with the process of selecting, moving and placing and there's a relaxing rhythm to the whole process.
The result is a chilled puzzle game where the way you move pieces around is as much a part of the puzzle as the correct placement of pieces to complete the pictures.
